  • No referral is needed for a standard physiotherapy appointment. You can book directly with us. A GP referral is only required if you are attending under a Medicare Chronic Disease Management plan or as a DVA patient.

  • We offer 30-mins, 45-mins, 60-mins, 75-mins and 90-mins appointments.
    The length of an appointment is up to you based on your time and budget. We recommend a minimum of 45-mins for an Initial Assessment and Treatment. If you're unsure which length suits your needs, feel free to contact us and we'll help you choose.

  • You can book online through our booking page or call/text us directly at 0478828293. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred time.

  • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee of 50% of your appointment fee. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Please bring any relevant imaging (X-rays, MRI, ultrasound reports), a list of current medications, your referral letter if applicable, and your private health, DVA, or NDIS details. Wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing is also helpful so we can assess the affected area easily.

  • Your first visit includes a detailed assessment of your condition, medical history, and goals. Lucie will discuss her findings with you, provide an initial diagnosis, and begin treatment where appropriate. You will also receive a plan for your recovery.

  • This depends on your condition, how long you have had it, and how your body responds to treatment. Lucie will give you an honest assessment and a treatment plan after the initial consultation. Some acute injuries resolve in 1–2 sessions; others require longer-term management.

  • Yes, telehealth appointments are available for consultations, exercise program reviews, and follow-ups. Telehealth is ideal when you cannot travel to the clinic. Book the same way as an in-person visit and select the telehealth option.
